University Sports Centre
Client: 
Construction of a major new modern sports facility at the University of Ulster’s Jordanstown Campus.
The works package included all formwork operations including pile caps, ground beams, bolt boxes, walls, splayed columns, stairwells and shafts, finish floors, hydrotherapy pool and spa pool.
Additional works included floodlighting bases and civils works.
The works was completed in April 2007, with no incidents or reportable accidents.
Agri Food & Biosciences Institute, Hillsborough
Client: 
The project included the total refurbishment of 3 stone farm buildings and the construction of a new Renewable Energy Centre. Set in a rural landscape, the project called for an innovative and environmentally sensitive solution.
The Renewable Energy Centre was constructed with state of the art renewable technology and works included a wood chip drying facility, methane gas production through anaerobic digestion, site-wide electrical infrastructure works and district heating scheme.
The works package included all formwork operations including pile caps, ground beams, hemcrete walls, internal floors, and up stands for machine bases.
Additional works included new buildings for solar panels, tractor washing bays, and concrete yard.
The works was completed in April 2009, with no incidents or reportable accidents.
Northstone Production Facility, Toomebridge
Client: 
The project comprised the construction of a 3300 m2, double height, portal framed building on piled and ground beam foundations with 2.500 m high cavity walling, concrete floors, insulated cladding and roofing panels, roof lights and all associated ancillary works.
The works package included all formwork operations including pile caps, ground beams, tanks, internal floors, creation of surface water channels.
Additional works included holding tanks and ramps for access/egress to new batching facility.
The works was completed in April 2007, with no incidents or reportable accidents.
Brookfield Special School, Moira
Client:
Construction of a new special school in Moria, Co Armagh.
The project commenced in August 2007 and was completed in January 2008.
The works package included all formwork operations including pile caps, ground beams, walls, finish floors, and ring beam supporting roof structure.
Additional works included the construction new wind turbine bases.
The works was completed in January 2008, with no incidents or reportable accidents.
